He talks about he importance of choosing a Catholic hospice while also reflecting on the recent passing of his mother who spent her final days cared for and comforted by Catholic Community Hospice. Catholic Community Hospice provides care, comfort and support to address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families faced with a life-limiting illness. As part of the mission of Catholic Charities, our interdisciplinary hospice team serves people of all faiths by offering guidance, peace of mind and compassionate end-of-life care.
